Privacy Policy

This document explains what information we gather, why we gather it, how we use and share it, what choices and rights you have, and how we work to keep your data secure.

Effective date: April 14, 2026 App: AI Seduce

Introduction

Welcome to AI Seduce (the "App"). AI Seduce is an artificial-intelligence application built around image-to-video generation: you submit a still image, and our platform creates a video from that input. These features are collectively called the "Services."

Protecting your privacy is a core priority. We handle personal data responsibly and only collect, process, or use it when appropriate—and, where required, with your permission.

Please read carefully: By installing, opening, or continuing to use the App, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. This document explains what information we gather, why we gather it, how we use and share it, what choices and rights you have, and how we work to keep your data secure.

Our Principles

To remain accountable to you, we commit to the following practices:

  • We disclose what we collect and, where law requires, obtain your consent before using or sharing personal information
  • We explain processing purposes in clear, straightforward language
  • We restrict collection to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes
  • We use data for disclosed purposes, as you authorize, or as law requires
  • We strive to keep personal data accurate and up to date when we depend on it
  • We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures
  • We aim for transparency and update this policy when material changes occur
  • Where law grants access or correction rights, we respond in accordance with those rules
  • We welcome questions and feedback about our data practices

Image and Video Data

What media does the App process?

To create a video from your upload, we handle the image file you submit so our models can analyze visual elements (such as subjects, framing, and motion cues) and generate the resulting video. We do not keep your original images indefinitely as part of this core workflow. Once processing finishes, source files are removed from our servers according to the retention rules described below.

Facial information and likeness

Images you upload may include faces or other appearance-related details that count as sensitive personal data in many regions. We make the following commitments:

  • No stored biometric templates: We do not retain persistent face templates (including embeddings) for future use; face-related data is handled only during the temporary execution of the relevant generation job.
  • Limited purpose: Uploads are used only to produce the video you request. They are not used for unrelated profiling or face-targeted advertising.
  • Post-delivery removal: Original uploads and temporary processing copies are deleted from active systems after the generation job completes, except where a longer period is needed for security, legal compliance, or troubleshooting; backup systems may reflect deletion after a reasonable technical delay.
  • No likeness-based model training: Photos and videos are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve models in a way that incorporates a user's likeness or identity.
  • No third-party sharing: Your uploaded images, generated videos, and facial or likeness-related data from this feature are not shared with third parties.

Why is this information needed?

Image-to-video generation requires analysis of the image you submit. Processing generally follows these steps:

  1. The image is sent from your device to our secure processing environment.
  2. Our systems run inference to build a video from the image based on the Service configuration.
  3. The finished video is delivered to your device or made available for download, depending on how the product is implemented.
  4. While a job is running, files may be held temporarily in our processing environment. They are removed once processing ends, except where a longer period is required for security, legal compliance, or troubleshooting as described elsewhere in this policy.

Policy Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the App, related websites or landing pages we operate, in-app experiences, and other offerings we identify as part of AI Seduce. For simplicity, we refer to them as the "Services."

If a particular feature provides its own privacy notice, that notice governs that feature to the extent it conflicts with this document.

Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly, data generated when you use the Services, and—in some cases—information from partners (for example, when you sign in through a third-party account or interact with advertisements).

Information from others

Other users

Another person may reference you when contacting support about shared content or referral-related issues.

Partners

Advertising or analytics partners may provide aggregated or campaign-level metrics when our ads appear on their networks.

Information collected through use of the Services

Usage data

Feature usage, session duration, taps, screens viewed, approximate referral paths, ad interactions, and similar telemetry.

Photos and media

Image uploads for video generation, and—if you grant permission—camera or gallery access to select images.

Device information

Device model, operating system version, identifiers permitted by the platform, language, and network type.

Storage

With your permission, reading or saving files so outputs can be stored locally when you choose to save them.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

On our web properties, we may use cookies, pixels, and related technologies.

Cookies in brief: Small files or storage entries that remember preferences, support sign-in, measure traffic, and help assess whether marketing is effective.

Your browser can clear or block cookies; doing so may limit certain features.

Analytics providers may receive aggregated statistics that do not identify you personally.

Advertising partners may use their own identifiers. "Do Not Track" is not standardized everywhere; we may not respond to every DNT signal.

How We Use Information

We use data to operate and improve AI Seduce, maintain accounts, keep the Service secure, and communicate with you—including promotional messages where permitted.

Accounts

Register you, authenticate sessions, and handle support requests.

Cross-device experience

Sync preferences or entitlements when you use the same account across multiple devices.

Social and community

Display profiles or suggestions when those features exist and you opt in.

Marketing

Run promotions and, where allowed, send offers or measure advertising performance.

Product improvement

Analyze aggregated usage to fix bugs, tune models at a high level, and design new features.

Legal and compliance

Fulfill regulatory obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Safety and abuse

Detect fraud, spam, or misuse and protect users and infrastructure.

Legal bases (where applicable)

  • Contract: Processing required to deliver the Services you request
  • Legitimate interests: For example, securing the platform or improving performance, balanced against your rights
  • Consent: For optional uses; you may withdraw consent where law permits

Information Sharing

Images and videos you upload for image-to-video generation, and the outputs created for you, are not shared with third parties. Other information may be disclosed when needed to operate AI Seduce, comply with applicable law, or when you direct or consent to disclosure. The main categories are outlined below.

1. With other users

Information you voluntarily make public through the Services (including content visible to other users) may be viewed by those recipients. How recipients later use or reshare that information is outside our control. Users should be careful about what they choose to publish.

2. With service providers and partners

We engage third parties to operate and improve the Services, including for hosting and maintenance, analytics, customer support, marketing and advertising measurement, and security.

Limited information may be shared with partners that help promote the App, including in hashed or aggregated form that does not directly identify individuals. Service providers are evaluated before engagement and bound by confidentiality and processing obligations that limit use of information to services performed for us.

3. With affiliates

Entities under common control with AI Seduce may receive information for processing on our behalf and under our instructions, including for hosting, customer support, financial operations, fraud prevention, and service analytics. Data may also be shared for compliance, audit, consolidated reporting, or enforcement of our terms across related products.

4. For legal requirements

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal process (including court orders, subpoenas, or government requests); (ii) cooperate with law enforcement as permitted by law; or (iii) protect anyone's safety.

5. For business transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, insolvency proceeding, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Any successor must handle information consistently with this policy, or users will be notified as required by law.

6. To protect rights and the Service

Information may be disclosed when needed to reduce liability in actual or threatened proceedings; protect the rights of AI Seduce, users, or third parties; enforce contractual terms; or investigate unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

7. With your consent or at your request

Disclosure may occur when you request it or give consent for a specific processing purpose. Non-personal or de-identified information, and in some cases personal information in hashed or non-human-readable form, may be used or disclosed for analytics or advertising measurement as described in this section.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our infrastructure and partners may be located outside your country (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing
  • Receive certain data in a portable format and have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible
  • Object to certain processing, including direct marketing

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. EU users may also file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including:

  • Account records: While your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Marketing: Until you opt out, plus a short period to honor your choice
  • Legal compliance: Longer where contracts or dispute rules require

Deletion may not be immediate across every backup system; we design processes to remove or anonymize data over time.

Information Security

We implement safeguards suited to the risk, including access controls and monitoring. No transmission or storage method is completely secure; we cannot promise absolute protection.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at [email protected].

Children's Privacy

If you are not an adult under your local law, use the Services only with a parent or guardian's involvement. We encourage guardians to review this policy with minors.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction) for targeted marketing, and we do not design the Service for young children.

If we discover we have collected such data without proper consent, we will delete it. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe a child has submitted information improperly.

Privacy Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App, email, or similar channels. The effective date at the top reflects the latest general revision.

Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy, subject to applicable law.
